Stoke Crew는 개인·가족·친구가 루틴을 만들고 인증하며 함께 지속하도록 돕는 서비스입니다(웹 https://stokecrew.web.app 및 앱). 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하면 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
앱의 보상 기능(용돈 금액, 쿠폰 등)은 가족이 스스로 정한 약속을 기록·계산해주는 도구입니다. 실제 금전·보상의 지급 여부와 방법은 전적으로 가족(부모)의 책임이며, 당사는 어떠한 금전도 지급하거나 보증하지 않습니다.
당사는 서비스의 일부 기능을 변경·개선·중단할 수 있습니다. 유료 기능에 중대한 변경이 있는 경우 사전에 알립니다.
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 당사는 서비스 이용으로 발생한 간접·부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않으며, 총 책임은 최근 12개월간 이용자가 지불한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다.
운동·건강 기능 안내: 운동 트래커·체중 기록 등은 개인 기록을 돕는 도구일 뿐, 의료·건강 전문 조언이 아닙니다. 운동 전 본인(자녀 포함)의 건강 상태를 고려하고, 필요한 경우 전문가와 상담하세요.
본 약관은 미합중국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다. 분쟁은 우선 성실한 협의로 해결하며, 필요한 경우 운영자 소재지의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

Stoke Crew helps individuals, families, and friends build and keep routines together (web at https://stokecrew.web.app and the Stoke Crew app). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Standalone sign-up requires age 15+. Younger children use the Service through a child profile inside a parent's account, which the parent creates and manages. Accounts are created via Google or Apple sign-in; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Some features require a paid subscription (Premium). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; cancel any time where you purchased (web billing portal or app store subscription settings) and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds (web purchases): you may cancel anytime and keep access for the remainder of the paid period; we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for periods already billed, except where required by law. For billing errors or duplicate charges, contact gokmommy@gmail.com and we will refund after review. Refunds (app store purchases): request refunds directly from Apple or Google under their procedures. Korean users: under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Korea), you may withdraw (request a refund) within 7 days of payment; withdrawal may be limited once use of premium digital content has begun, as permitted by law and as disclosed before purchase — refunds for billing errors are processed regardless. Parent verification: the $0.50 parental-verification charge is automatically refunded in full upon confirmation. A Family Plan may share Premium with up to 5 family group members. Promo codes we issue may grant time-limited Premium; codes are non-transferable and may be revoked if misused.
Reward features (allowance amounts, coupons) are tools for recording agreements families make themselves. Whether and how any real money or reward is given is entirely the family's (parents') responsibility; we never pay or guarantee anything.
You own the content you enter; we store and display it only to provide the Service. Prohibited: impersonation, infringing others' rights, illegal or harmful content, abnormal use (hacking, automated abuse), and harassment of other users, especially children. Violations may lead to content removal, restrictions, or account suspension.
We may change, improve, or discontinue features, with prior notice for material changes to paid features. The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. Fitness features (workout tracker, weight log) are record-keeping tools only, not medical or health advice; consider your own (and your child's) health condition and consult a professional as needed.
