Stoke Crew("서비스", https://stokecrew.web.app 및 Stoke Crew 앱)는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 본 방침은 무엇을 수집하고, 왜 수집하며, 어떻게 보관·보호하는지 설명합니다. Stoke Crew는 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.

위치정보, 연락처, 광고 식별자는 수집하지 않습니다.
당사는 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서 아래 서비스 제공자에게 처리를 위탁합니다. 개인정보를 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 제공·판매하지 않습니다.

아래 기능은 이용자가 직접 연결(동의)할 때만 Google 계정 데이터에 접근하며, 언제든 Google 계정 설정에서 접근 권한을 해제할 수 있습니다.

iOS에서 이용자가 '미리알림 가져오기'를 직접 실행할 때만 기기의 미리알림 앱에 접근(시스템 권한 동의 필요)하여, 이용자가 선택한 항목을 Stoke Crew 할일로 복사합니다. 미리알림 원본은 수정·삭제하지 않으며, 미리알림 데이터를 당사 서버로 별도 전송·수집하지 않습니다(복사된 할일은 다른 할일과 동일하게 계정에 저장). 접근 권한은 iOS 설정에서 언제든 해제할 수 있습니다.
Stoke Crew가 Google API로부터 받은 정보의 사용 및 다른 앱으로의 이전은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(제한적 사용 요건 포함)을 준수합니다. Google 데이터를 광고에 사용하거나 제3자에게 판매·이전하지 않습니다.
이용자는 자신의 정보에 대한 열람·수정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 설정에서 대부분 직접 처리할 수 있으며, 이메일로도 요청할 수 있습니다.
데이터는 전송·저장 시 암호화되며, 접근 규칙(부모/자녀 역할 기반)으로 보호됩니다. 결제수단 정보는 당사 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.
중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 공지 또는 이메일로 알립니다. 아동 정보의 수집·이용 방식에 중대한 변경이 있는 경우 부모에게 다시 동의를 받습니다.
Stoke Crew ("the Service", https://stokecrew.web.app and the Stoke Crew app) respects your privacy. We show no ads and never sell personal information.
We do not collect location, contacts, or advertising identifiers. Body-check photos are stored only on your device — never uploaded to our servers or shared with your group. Voice dictation uses your browser/device's built-in speech recognition; we do not collect or store audio.
To provide core routine features, sharing within groups you join, subscription management, AI features (only when a premium user invokes them), optional email reports, and service security.
Detailed daily records (completions, verification logs, study records) are kept in the cloud for the most recent 30 days and then automatically pruned. Account-level data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your data in Settings > Data Management or by emailing us.
Google Firebase (auth, storage, hosting, server functions), RevenueCat (subscription state), Stripe / app stores (payments), Google Gemini API (AI text processing — paid API not used for model training), Resend (email reports). We never share or sell personal information for advertising.
The following features access your Google account data only when you explicitly connect them, and you can revoke access at any time in your Google account settings: Drive backup (drive.file scope — access only to backup files the app itself creates), family schedule view (read-only calendar access, displayed in-app only and never stored on our servers), and Google Tasks import (read-only, copied into your task list when you run an import).
Apple Reminders import (iOS, optional): only when you explicitly run "Import from Reminders" (with the iOS system permission), the app reads your device's Reminders and copies the items you select into Stoke Crew tasks. We never modify or delete the original reminders, and we do not separately transmit or collect your Reminders data on our servers (copied tasks are stored like any other task). You can revoke access anytime in iOS Settings.
Stoke Crew's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never use Google user data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and protected by role-based access rules. We will notify you of material changes to this policy, and re-obtain parental consent for material changes to children's data practices.
